RH Stonework & Masonry are stone masons based at 4 Waldbronn Close, Monmouth, NP25 5BN. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website, by phone or in person (in data protection terms, we are the controller).

When you ask us for a quote or get in touch, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• what you tell us about the job, including where it is and any photos you send
• our conversation with you, whether through the form, by phone, by email or by message
• if we go on to do work for you, the details we need to quote, invoice and carry it out

We don’t collect anything about you just for visiting the site. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and arrange to come and look at the job
• give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work
• keep in touch with you while the job is under way
• send invoices and keep the records the law requires us to

We won’t send you marketing, and we never sell your information or pass it to anyone to market to you.

We use your information because you have asked us to do something: to answer an enquiry, give you a quote or carry out work. That is handling it to take steps towards, or to carry out, a contract with you.

We keep some records, such as invoices, because the law requires us to. Anything else we do with your information, such as keeping a note of a past job so we can help if you come back to us, is in our legitimate interest in running the business, and you can object to it at any time.

The quote form on this website is provided by Foreman, the system we use to manage enquiries and jobs. Foreman is made by 360 Creation, who look after this website for us. What you enter goes straight to our account in Foreman and nowhere else.

After you give your details, the form asks a few questions about the job. Those replies are written with the help of an AI service (OpenAI), which reads the conversation in order to reply to it. It is not used to train their models. A person, not the AI, decides on and prices every job.

So that you don’t lose your place if your connection drops, the form keeps your conversation in your own browser for one day, and then forgets it. You can clear it sooner with “New enquiry” on the form. Nothing else is stored on your device.

Only with the services we use to run the business, and only what they need to do their part:

• Foreman (360 Creation), which holds our enquiries and job records
• Supabase, where Foreman’s records are stored, securely
• OpenAI, to write the form’s replies, as above
• Resend, which sends our emails to you
• Google Fonts, which supplies the lettering in the form and sees your device’s internet address when it does

Some of these are based outside the UK. Where your information goes abroad, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as approved contract terms. We may also share information if the law requires us to.

If we do work for you, we keep your details and the records of the job for six years after it is finished, because that is how long we must keep business and tax records, and so that we can help if you come back to us about the work.

If an enquiry doesn’t go ahead, we delete it within two years. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• ask us to stop or limit using it, or object to how we use it
• ask for your information in a form you can take elsewhere

To do any of these, call us on 07379 828525 or write to us. We will reply within a month, and there is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right.

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page. This policy was last updated in October 2026.
